A Bike

Founded in 1979, The Bicycle Club of Philadelphia ("BCP") is a recreational biking group which offers a wide variety of rides throughout the Greater Delaware Valley for cyclists of all abilities and interests.

BCP is a volunteer, non-profit organization. We are proud to be affiliated with organizations such as The Bicycle Coalition of Greater Philadelphia, The League of American Bicyclists, The Bicycle Access Council and Neighborhood Bike Works.

Our Bike Rides

We offer regularly scheduled weekend rides, weekday evening rides during daylight savings time and many other individual rides. See Ride Guide. All BCP sponsored club rides are led by members. Everyone is welcome on our rides, regardless of whether you are a member. Check out our Ride Calendar.

We also provide a comprehensive calendar of local area biking events and maintain a library of cue sheets that describe a route to a given location.
