Tue October 17, 2017 - Suziy-Jo Donuts at Riverbend Cafe the HILLY way (ad-hoc ride) .
Level D, 10 mph, 30 miles. Meet at Cosmic Cafe, Lloyd Hall, # 1 Boathouse Row, Kelly Dr, East Fairmont Park. The ride leaves at 8:00 am. Tuesdays are Suzy-Jo Donut day at Riverbend Cafe without needing to go on to Bridgeport, PA. We will take the HILLY way out through Penn Valley so as to know we earned the empty calories that are so satisfying. Ride to eat donuts!    Cue sheets will not be available.

Tue October 17, 2017 - Ride Yer Bike Tuesday (3 speeds).
Level C+, B and B+/A-, 13.5 +/-, 15.5 +/- and 17 +/- mph, 45 miles. Meet at Upper Dublin High School. The ride leaves at 10:00 am. Bring yer bike and sense of adventure. Some days we'll ride familiar favorite routes, other days we'll scope out new routes. Today we'll ride to Hatfield to a pizza place I've been to (but not as a RYBT ride) following a rest stop Tabora's in Chalfont. Mostly familiar roads, but will also be trying a few new ones. Two hills on the way to Tabora's (Iron Hill - short but somewhat steep, and Callowhill - long, but not steep), otherwise pretty much typical PA rolling hills. Will regroup as needed, but must be able to maintain the posted pace. Must also be willing to ride safely and obey traffic laws. Check day of the ride if weather is iffy (rain cancels). Tue October 17, 2017 - Conshocken Nite Lights rides are back.
Level B, 16-18 mph, 25 +/- miles. Meet at Jacobs Engineering Parking Lot. The ride leaves at 6:00 pm. Conshohocken night light rides are back for this fall. Meet at the parking lot across Ash Street from Jacobs Engineering. There are no bathrooms at this location. 16-18 mph for about 25 miles. Faster on the flat sections and slower on the few hills. Riders needs to be able to keep this pace. Rest stop at Lloyd Hall for bathroom and a quick snack (you need to bring your own snack). A STRONG HEADLIGHT AND TAIL LIGHT ARE REQUIRED AS SOME OF THE RIDE WILL BE AFTER DARK AND ON ROADS THAT DO NOT HAVE ANY LIGHTING. Cue sheets will not be available.

Wed October 18, 2017 - Kayuh Pedalers Early Morning Wakeup Ride.
Level D, 10-15 mph, 10-15 miles. Meet at Kayuh Bicycle and Cafe, 19th and Girard Ave. . The ride leaves at 6:30 am. Rides are approximately 1 - 1.5 hours and will be done around 8am. Route varies, helmet and water required. Bicycle Club of Philadelphia rules apply. ALL rides leave at time listed! NOTE: No Helmet-NO Ride!!!

Wed October 18, 2017 - Breakfast ride to High Point Cafe (ad-hoc ride) .
Level C-, 10 mph, 18 miles. Meet at Azalea Garden's formal entrance, behind the Art Museum. The ride leaves at 8:25 am. Join me for a ride to the High Point Cafe in West Mt. Airy for a good cup of joe. The High Point has pastries and "food" can be bought at Weavers Way Co-op across the street. We will ride up Midvale, thru Germantown to the cafe. We will spin off from the Azaela gardens at 8:30 AM. Cue sheets will not be available.

Wed October 18, 2017 - Phoenixville Day/Night Dog Ride .
Level B-/C+, 13.5-14.5 mph, 30-40 miles. Meet at Reynolds Dog Park, Longford Rd, Oaks, PA. The ride leaves at 6:00 pm. The dwindling daylight brings back the lights. Instead of settling for under 20 miles, these rides start in the daylight and continue in the darkness. Strong headlights and taillights required. Every Wednesday evening at 6:00 pm through the end of October, These are beautiful rides on low-traffic roads. No one dropped, regroup as necessary, but please be prepared to ride the advertised pace on rolling to hilly terrain. Precipitation cancels.

Wed October 18, 2017 - Kayuh Pedalers Evening After Work Rides..
Level D, 10-15 mph, 10-15 miles. Meet at Kayuh Bicycle and Cafe, 19th and Girard Ave.. The ride leaves at 6:30 pm. Rides are approximately 1 - 1.5 hours and will be done around 8pm with a coffee stop to warm up. Route varies, helmet, water and safety lights REQUIRED. Bicycle Club of Philadelphia rules apply. 18 Y.O. and up. ALL rides start at time listed. NOTE: NO HELMET OR SAFETY LIGHTS-NO RIDE!
