Saturday, August 24 - Oregon or Bust. Class B, 15-16 mph, 88 miles. This is another Eduardo creation that I am planning to tackle in preparation for my September ride across Oregon. An abundance of scenic climbing in Montgomery County and the hills surrounding the Oley Valley. The terrain and distance alone make this a challenging ride, so I intend to keep the pace manageable. Cue sheets will be available for those who want to keep a faster or slower pace. Start at 8:30 SHARP! from Fisher's Park near Lansdale. Bad weather (including extreme temperatures) cancels. Call or e-mail for directions. Leader: David Ziccardi, 215-978-7531, d_ziccardi@yahoo.com.

Sunday, August 25 - Chester County Chumpy. Class B pace, 15-16 mph, DIFFICULT terrain, 104 miles. Meet at Bruno's for the 7:30 start of this lovely and challenging ride. There may be an optional long and challenging partially dirt climb, but I will let the riders determine their preference. The first convenience store stop is at mile 70, so bring plenty of food and drink for impromptu rest stops. After the difficult Chester County section we will take the bike path back to Philadelphia. Probably not a good ride for a first century, as it is unsupported and pretty hilly. The goal will be to ride as a group, supporting one another and enjoying the terrain together, so be prepared to stay with the group on the flats and wait at the tops of all climbs to regroup. Leader: Ben Swartz, 215 248 0689, ben.swartz@verizon.net.

Sunday, August 25 - B Ramble. Class B, 14-15 mph, +/- 45 miles. Meet at the Italian Fountain at noon. We'll meander out to Blue Beyond, stopping for coffee and snacks at the Brew Ha Ha. Mostly rolling terrain after climbing up from the Schuylkill. Leader: Jeff Bakely, 215-843-1093, jbake@snip.net.

Saturday, August 31 - Cherry Hill Labor Day Weekend Ride. Class C, 13-16 mph, 30-35 miles. Starts at 8:30 from the Woodland Falls Corporate Park - Route 38 & Lake Drive between the Cherry Hill and Moorestown Malls in Cherry Hill, NJ, on the Church Rd side. Parking lot behind the Outback Steakhouse. Leader: Dave Wender, 856- 809-9194, dwender1@comcast.net.

Saturday, August 31 - New Hope to Frenchtown. Class B, 15-16 mph, 62 miles. Through New Jersey's Somerset and Hunterdon Counties. Plenty of pristine roads with little traffic. There are a few hills.
