BCP's Second Annual Mind & Body Wellness Retreat

What is it? A day of rejuvenating classes, specially geared (no pun intended) for cyclists, e.g., functional fitness circuit class, yoga & Pilates, Spinning, restorative yoga & stretching, nutritional presentation with a healthy lunch, relaxing massage, etc. The instructors know that we are cyclists, so the program will focus on cyclists' needs, e.g., which tight cycling muscles are most in need of stretching.
When? Saturday, February 27, ~9:30am to ~3:30pm.(Class times to be confirmed.)
Where? Cornerstone Health & Fitness of NEW HOPE, and the "TreeHouse", immediately adjacent. Cornerstone is located at 415 South York Road, New Hope, PA, 18938, tel # 215-862-2200. Their website is www.cornerstoneclubs.com. Cornerstone is on the western end of New Hope, AWAY from the river. If approaching New Hope from US-202 North, bear right at the "Y" onto PA-179. You will quickly see Cornerstone on your right-hand side.
Cost? For a small group (10 participants or fewer), cost will be $59/person. For a larger group (11-20 participants), cost is $49/person. This is the same as last year's prices.
Please note: Group is limited to ~20 guests. Registrations are accepted on a first come, first served basis.

Payment: Please send this form and check for $59 (made payable to "BCP") to: BCP Wellness Retreat, c/o Linda McGrane, 87A Laurel Avenue, Cheltenham, PA 19012-2046. If the group size exceeds 10 participants, causing the price to decrease to $49/person, those who paid $59/person will be refunded the $10 difference.
