Jim Ruddick, Debbie Hoellein & Jim McClory did a test run of the Sunday hike this morning at 9:30 and for the first part of the hike, the trails were pretty slick, but they started to melt as the sun came out. It is highly recommended that you have ice grippers and poles. In addition, we request that you bring a mask with you.
The weather could also be iffy tomorrow with icy rain in mid morning. We will make a decision about the hike around 7am Sunday morning. Please check the website to see if it is still on. We certainly are not looking to cancel for a second week in a row! Hope to see you in the morning.
