Hi Linda - I won’t be available but would like to contribute one topic for discussion at this or a future board meeting and that is long term sustainability of BCP as an organization. What I mean by that is based on my 3 years as a member my observation is that average member age skews to the higher end and appears to be increasing over time. It would be helpful to know our average member age and benchmark it against other similar clubs across the country (Casscade Bicycle Club, Washington Area Bicyclist Association, etc). If our average age is significantly higher, we can do some research - surveys, interviews with other clubs to help us develop a plan to achieve and maintain a lower average age.
