its supposed to stop raining before ride so are we riding?

Still raining at KYW at 9:00. At my house it’s still raining, though not as bad a a few minutes ago when bottle caps and cigarette butts were flowing down the street in the ankle deep river. It’s supposed to clear in the next half hour with some sun later today……anybody up for delaying the Nitty Gritty for an hour or two……or are we done for today?
