Where are you coming from? There is lots of non- controlled parking in South Philly-- on 11th street just a bit south of Washington. On the NJ side, you can park in the Rutgers Camden neighborhood. There is garage parking near indepence hall which isn't very far from our start point and quite a few garages in old city. Some folks park near the art museum and ride down from there-- about 20 minutes. Happy to chat via text.
