Thanks for the question. The preregister required rides have a limit of riders for the COVID guidelines in Pennsylvania. There is a small oval at the bottom of the ride listing with a number in it (while the ride is active). If the oval is green, you can still sign up for the ride. I needed to get the sign in list the night before, so that deadline closed the event (all the red symbols). All a bit complicated right now with COVID. I will be listing another one of these in a week or two. Thanks again :)
