Hi, Bill, Thank you for your questions. Typical speed range is 13-14 - some variation is normal. Usually around 13.5. Thanks again, Linda

Starting time of Friday Frolic is now earlier, at 8:30am. Last minute change in the timetable, due to having to be at the Convention Center earlier (by 2:00pm) to set-up our booth for the Philly Bike Expo. The POTUS and VPOTUS will be in Phila. on Friday evening. The Secret Service requests that all pre-Expo unloading and set-up be completed before 5:00pm.
