"It is challeging to travel from Philadelphia to the empty roads of Bucks county without hitting urban sprawl. This ride has two routes that minimize traffic as much as possible. The outbound route is longer but gives access to some of the prettiest roads (see the 12-mile extra loop). The return is more direct. Terrain is not flat but there are also no significant hills. "
