BCP will have a display booth at the Annual Philadelphia Bike Expo, and we need VOLUNTEERS to help staff the booth. We will be promoting our wide variety of rides and other activities, explaining the benefits of riding with a group, encouraging visitors to enroll or renew as members, and displaying merchandise for sale.

Volunteer Opportunities
Friday, October 28th - Un-loading and set-up, 3:30 til ~6:00
Unloading & set-up MUST take place on Friday afternoon/evening. NOT permitted on Saturday morning - too hectic
FOUR (4) volunteers needed to
- unload gear & supplies
- open & raise the canopy tents
- open & raise folding tables
- display the merchandise
- open easels and display posters
- display club literature and brochures on the table, etc.

Saturday, October 29th - Public hours 10am to 5pm
During public hours, volunteers are needed to represent BCP at the booth to:
- greet visitors, answer questions about the club.
- provide club literature, promote upcoming club events/rides/hikes/socials
- promote the perks & benefits of club membership
- show and sell merchandise
- refer visitors to other organizations, as needed, e.g., Coalition, Friends of the Wissahickon, etc.
