Lights Along the Delaware - Penn Treaty Park to Pennsbury Manor.
Level D, 10 mph, 50 miles. Meet at Penn Treaty Park, N. Dalaware Ave. and Marborough St, just North of Frankford Ave and Delaware Ave .. The ride leaves at 8:00 am.
Leader: Tim Carey, , 267-414-9037We are all familiar with the Mansions of Fairmont Park since we cycle threw there on many of our rides. Did you know there are an equal number of colonial mansions along the Delaware River set back off State Road, old Kings Highway not visible from the road. We will gather at Penn Treaty Park just North of Frankford Ave on N. Delaware Ave. This is the legendary location where William Penn signed the treaty with the Delaware (Leni Lenape) Indians. We will cycle up Richmond St to State Rd. and continue North through Bridesburg, Torresdale, Anddausia, Bristol, finally Pennsbury Manor, country estate of William Penn. Bring money to take the tour of the Manor. Pack a picnic style lunch. Beverages can be bouht just past Bristol. Returning mostly the same route except using Aramingo Ave for the last leg of the ride. This is a very griddy city/industrialized country side ride. Flat total 50 miles along the river's edge. That was the name of the club's first century ride 31 years ago.
Lionville Pottstown
Level B-, 14 mph, 64 miles. Valley Forge National Historical Park visitors center lower parking lot. The ride leaves at 8:30 am.

Buena NJ to Tacony Palmyra Bridge
Level C/C+/B, 13-16 mph, 42-45+ miles. Gas Station/Dunkin Donuts on North Side of Rte 73, NJ side of Tacony Palmyra Bridge. The ride leaves at 6:15 am.
Leader: Linda McGrane, , 267-251-7862Day Before the ACS Bike-a-thon -- Ride back from Buena NJ. This annual ride back to Phila. from the ACS Finish Line has become a tradition & treat, especially for anyone who is riding with a team in the ACS Bike-a-thon on the following day. We will meet in Palmyra, NJ, at the gas station-convenience store immediately past the Tacony Palmyra Bridge. The store will be on your left side after crossing the bridge. We'll drive down to the Buena Vista Camping Park, near Mays Landing, park our cars in the overnight (ACS) section, then cycle back. The distance of 42-45 miles is from Buena Vista to the Tacony Palmyra Bridge, only. We will have one or two rest stops. Terrain is flat, but shade is minimal, so please bring sunblock and plenty of fluids. If you are not registered for the ACS ride on Sunday, but would still like to join us on Saturday, please contact the Leader to arrange car transportation from Palmyra to Buena.

Perkiomenville/Green Lane Park Two Day Bicycle Camping Trip.

Starting from the Rocky Statue, Eakins Oval, out M L King Dr., we will pick up the Manayunk Canal Tow Path, taking the Schuylkill River Trail and break onto the Perkiomen Trail above Valley Forge for the remainder of the ride to Green Lane Park. Approximately 55 miles of fully loaded bicycle touring with tent, sleeping bag, ground pad, cooking gear and appropriate clothing for the two day adventure and no SAG. Purchase food for dinner and breakfast before or after setting up camp. PB&J sandwiches, fruit, granola bars and water for lunches. Bike trails all the way, 50% on packed gravel, gradual up hill = down hill with one 12% hill on the way back. Sign up with leader by Thursday, July 11th. Appox shared cost $30. Rain or Shine. Adopt-A--Highway road clean-up and ride to Phoenixville Farmers Market
Level ALL Classes, 11 mph, 22 miles. the first parking lot West of the Knox Covered Bridge (c. 1865) on Yellow Springs Road, at PA252, in Valley Forge Park. There is a PENNDOT Adopt-A-Highway sign at the entrance to the lot.. The ride leaves at 10:00 am.

Canoe The Loop from the "Fitz" Fitzwater Station Restaunt to the Lock House via the canal, about 2 miles. Portage to the river. Paddle or drift down the river to the first set of high wires about 2.5 miles. Take portage to the canal, and paddle back to the "Fitz". Canoe trip time about 2 1/2 hours. The terrain is moderately hilly in spots. There will be a WAWA stop for drinks and snacks. We will return to Lemon Hill for food and refreshments. PLEASE pre-register since we expect a large group.
Peddler's Village to Clinton
Level B, 14 mph, 64 miles. Peddler's Village parking lot off Street road in Lahaska, PA.. The ride leaves at 9:00 am. Cue sheets will be available.
Leader: Jeff T. Reardon, , 215-674-3992Starting from Peddler's Village in Lahaska in Bucks County, this ride will go to Clinton, NJ, in upper Hunterdon County. We'll make a quick water stop in Clinton at mile 34, then proceed to Croton for a sit-down lunch at a pizza place at mile 45. Then just 19 miles back. Optional gelato in Peddler's Village after the ride. This ride features several good climbs, but much of the ride is relatively flat as we cycle along the Hunterdon County plateau. We will leave the Italian Fountain at 7:00 am and ride through mt airy and chestnut hill to meet up with Howard's ride leaving Flourtown at 8:15. Ride will maintain a B pace. No cue sheet for the ride from IF to Flourtown...Howard will have cue sheets for the stretch from Flourtown to Harlesville. Please arrive a few minutes prior to 7am for ride sign in and route rap.
