Expect a good challenge as we grind gravel trails and hit a few climbs with great company for no other purpose than to have fun and put in a few unpaved miles.

Hike Swift Pace on Strenuous Trails, Moderate Pace on Moderate Trails, 6.5 to 8.5 miles. Meet at Parking lot of the Highland train station in Chestnut Hill, on Seminole between Gravers Lane and Highland Ave.. The hike leaves at 9:30 am.

We will meet at the Highland train station parking lot, just for a change of pace. This is on Seminole, between Gravers Lane and Highland Ave. From the train station, we'll walk down Rex Ave, to access the park trail.

A little bit of climbing, when riding away from the SRT, but, the SRT is flat. GENERIC DESCRIPTION: Scenic loop, usually thru Montgomery Co. or Lower Bucks, with brief rest stop. The Caleb Pusey House
Level C: 12mph, 39 miles. Meet at Italian Fountain behind the Art Museum. The ride leaves at 11:00 am.
Leader: Michael Fuller, , 610-551-8256Caleb Pusey was a friend of William Penn, who granted him 100 acres of land in Chester to run a grist mill. The house was built in 1683, and restored in 1960. We will take a meandering route south with a WAWA stop at 15 miles, then stop at the Caleb Pusey house for a few minutes for pictures. The return trip takes us up the Bicyclist's Baltimore Pike, a signed route which keeps bicycles off of main roads between Swarthmore and West Philadelphia. Optional second rest stop at 30 miles. This is an easy going "C" ride, going through Chester Park along the way. Bring the camera. P. S. I like warmer temps, hence the later start time.
