For June 30: Borrowing a pretty, scenic route from Steve Muth - thank you, Steve! Meander from Eastern Montgomery County into Bucks County for coffee/lunch at Broad Street Grind in Souderton around the midway point. Route will include crossing the serene Neshaminy Creek. On the outbound, we can stop at Mile 14 for a potty stop. On the return, if another quick rest break is needed, we can make a snack/potty stop at Merrymead Farm at Mile 35. Terrain is rolling with a couple of brisk climbs, but no extreme hills. Total elevation gain 2085 ft. GENERIC DESCRIPTION: Enjoy scenic adventures by bike on most Fridays, throughout the year. Explore pretty, peaceful roads in suburban counties -- Montgomery, Bucks, Chester, etc. Starting points will vary, so that we can cycle through different regions. Please check daily calendar for details of each Friday's route -- terrain, mileage, rest stops, etc. Cue sheets and on-line route map provided for each ride. If weather conditions are not conducive to cycling, this ride may be replaced by a hike/walk.
