Levels B-: 14-15mph Distance: 35-55 miles
We will ride west on the SRT , make a Loop in Valley Forge Park, then continue west to Phoenixville for coffee and snack break.. we will then ride to the end of the pavement on the Perkiomen Trail before returning to Conshy. Opportunity for some intervals or sprints on the flat trail . No drops but should be able to ride posted pace (it’s flat!) . Bring water ,snacks and helmet. Check back for weather related changes, Cue sheets will not be available.
