    Level D: 10mph Distance: 24 miles

    This week we do the classic below sea level ride down Mill Creek Road to Flat Rock Boat Launch, and up Hollow Road to Hagys Ford. We descend Righters Mill Road to the Cynwyd Trail and West Laurel Hill Cemetary. Coffee and lunch (veggie and vegan options available) outdoors overlooking the Schuylkill River at The Landing Kitchen (newly opened) at the Pencoyd Bridge. I will cancel the ride at 9 AM if it is raining. If I don't cancel the ride is on. If you are in doubt, call or text me.
