Recently updated by Charlie B., with route enhancements. Mostly quiet roads in northwestern Delaware and northeastern Maryland. Wawa at Mile 17. Lunch stop at mile 19, in the adorable town of Northeast, MD. We can eat out lunch by the river in the town park. ScenicTurkey Point Lighthouse at the tip of the peninsula is at mile 33. (The Lighthouse Trail runs right along the perimeter of the peninsula.) On the return, we have a rest stop at a market/deli at mile 45, as well as a Wawa option at Mile 50.5 in Elkton.
