Registration is now open for BCP's Cycling in Pennsylvania Dutch Country Weekend.
We'll be staying at the Bird-in-Hand Family Inn, in the heart of Pennsylvania Dutch Country with excellent cycling routes all around. Rides ranging from 18 miles to the 101-kilometer (63 mi.) Bird-in-Hand Metric Century will be offered on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. There's also plenty for non-cyclist friends and family members to do on the inn property and in the surrounding area. There are indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, and a miniature golf course on site, with a farmer's market next door and a bakery, a Pennsylvania Dutch artisans village, a quilt shop , and Lancaster County Balloon Rides across the street. |
The Inn is home to one of Lancaster County's most popular smorgasbord restaurants. The $70 registration fee covers event registration, incidentals, and Saturday evening's all-you-can-eat Smorgasbord Buffet. Breakfasts are priced separately to provide a choice of morning meals -- the Inn's all-you-can-eat smorgasbord breakfast for $13.50 each, or something else if you'd prefer. |
