Bike Path to Valley Forge

Start at Art Museum
go north on West River Drive or Kelly Drive
if going north on WRD, R to go over Falls Bridge at end of WRD,
   then L onto Kelly Dr
L Ridge Rd (to do this, can either go along bike path near river, or
   can stay on road and go on ramps, following signs to W. Ridge Rd)
BL Main when Ridge heads up hill
From here there are two alternatives
Alternative 1 (canal path -- gravel):
   L Lock Street (just after Manayunk Farmer's Market)
   1st R onto Tow Path
   when tow path ends, turn R, go up cobblestone rd, past train station,
   L in front of station, and you're on Nixon 
Alternative 2 (stay on roads, avoid the gravel, but get hills):
   R at T Leverington 
   go under RR bridge
   L at traffic light -- Umbria
   CR bec Minerva
   go down hill, sharp L at T Shawmont
   go under RR bridge
   R at T Nixon (end of Alt. 2)
BR and go up hill -- Port Royal (um?)
1st L bike path
the first train station you come to after this is Spring Mill
   (used as a reference in other cue sheets)
if you go follow bike path signs, which are obvious from here on,
   you will end up at Valley Forge (Betzwood Picnic area)
   To get to the rest of Valley Forge Park, note that just before
   you got to Betzwood, there was a little path that lead to the
   left. Follow this, and it takes you on a bike/ped bridge next 
   to Route 422 over the Schuylkill to the main part of the park.

Getting back to Philly:
bike path from VF to Port Royal is easy, Port Royal is where
   bike path ends at a road
R at T Port Royal Rd (probably um)
QL at T Nixon (probably um)
if you want to go on graval path, go straignt, go past the RR station,
   R to take cobblestone road, L onto gravel path, L when this
   ends, (this is Lock St), R onto Main St in Manayunk
If you don't want to take the gravel path:
   L Shawmont at Shawmont Station
   1st R Minerva
   CL bec Umbria
   R at T Leverington
   L at T Main St (probable um)
follow Main St to Ridge
R Kelly Dr just after crossing bridge over creek
Follow Kelly Dr back to Art Mueum (or cross at Falls Bridge and go back
   along West River Dr)
