Level C+, 13 mph, 65 miles. Meet at Conshohocken: Parking lot on Railroad Ave, just West of Harry Street.. The ride leaves at 9:00 am.

We will regroup at the top of hills as you wait for the ride leader (:. There are spectacular vistas, quiet roads along creeks and a sitdown meal on a deck overlooking a boulder strewn creek. There are actually 2 choices of fooderies with decks. I'll bring plenty of cue sheets for people wanting to ride ahead. This ride is in conjunction with SCU. PLEASE PREREGISTER. Sunny, Sunday Afternoon D Ride
Level D/D+, 9-12 mph, 16-20+/- miles. Meet at Azalea Garden's formal entrance, behind the Art Museum. The ride leaves at 12:00 pm.

We'll explore the "Tour de Philly Neighborhoods" route around Center City, South Philly, etc., using small streets and/or bike lanes when available. The cherrry blossoms may still be in bloom by now, and we'll likely encounter some colorful murals, also. Ride will begin with a brief safety instruction & equipment check. Route & distance can be modified, if the group would like to ride to a specific landmark. Rest stop(s) for water & snacks as needed. Helmets are mandatory. Please bring at least one water bottle. Leader: Tim Carey, , 267-414-9037Ride across town to Old Kings Highway, heading up to the Northeast to Pennypack water front park so we can start the ride on the Pennypack Park bike path from its beginning. We will cycle the entire length almost to the city edge at Pine Rd. From there follow the Septa Fox Chase line back to Roosevelt Blvd., Hunting Park Ave back to Kelly Dr. and our start. Hills will be on the bike trails. This will be a good learning experience cycling on this style of dedicated bike path.

Leader: Tim Carey, , 267-414-9037Let's try this again since as only one rider rode in March. Heading out the Mainline to Darby-Paoli Rd, to Church Rd, to Sugartown Rd. Our destination is the Paoli Memorial Park in Malvern where there is a revolutionary war memorial. Won't stop there long because of the distance needed to cover this day. Lunch will be down the hill at US 1 and ST 29 where I have been told is a very good store to buy food. Return route will be what I call the upper route - Yellow Springs Rd and Valley Forge Park. We will ease on down the Schuylkill River Trail back to Philly. Note ride level: A distance, B hills, C pace. Rain one hour before start cancels the ride.
Flourtown to New Hope the hard way

Leader: Michael Fuller, , 610-551-8256I will be testing a modified version of the Bristol Stomp. There will be a portion in New Jersey to avoid the narrow and rough Rt 32. There will be a couple of H2O stops added, and we will scout a potential lunch stop. Since I am sandwiching this ride between a B+ ride Saturday and an A+ ride Monday, I will be taking a moderate pace. The overall terrain is moderate (B-/C+), but as you can see, the distance is long. Anyone who is thinking about volunteering to lead the official ride on June 11 (or if you just want to have an adventure) is welcome to come along... Fair warning, you will have to walk the bikes across two bridges to NJ and back.
