This is a pretty route from Ambler to the Cafe @ the Mill in Sellersville (cafeatbucksmill.com). Outbound via West Point, Hatfield, and Souderton. Return via Telford, Mainland, and Gwynedd. Coffee/lunch stop at the Cafe is at the midway point at Mile 22. On the outbound, there is a restroom stop if needed at Mile 10. On the we return, if anorther restroom or water stop is needed, we can stop at Fischer's Park ~Mile 34. Total elevation gain 2241 ft, averaging 49 ft/mile. Airy on Dydd Gwyl Dewi (St. David's Day for those of you who don't speak Welsh). Jim McElwain's favorite meteorologist, Misty St. Cloud, says it will be clear for the ride. Diana Dooley would prefer that we take the Yellow Brick Road, but since it is closed for witch removal, we'll go out via Midvale and back via the Wissahickon Trail. First one to spot a daffodil gets a free can of potato leek soup. New riders are welcome. Remember, red is the color for St. David's Day. Ruby slippers are optional, but helmets are required on all BCP rides.

We start in Conshohocken at Spring Mill Station and head west on the SRT to Longford Park (aka Reynolds Dog Park) where we turn around, head back to Spring Mill Station, rinse and repeat. It's a fast, flat ride to spin out the winter cobwebs. No restrooms at the start; restrooms and water at Longford Park. Elevation? It's the SRT. Cue sheets? It's the SRT. Easy peasy. This 25-mile quick afternoon loop will follow up on a morning ride hosted by Katie, leaving from & returning to the same park by 1:15. Pretty meander from Warrington to Doylestown for a brief coffe/snack/restroom break. We'll have a choice of places to stop in the rest break area - Weis Market food court, Panera, or, Starbucks. Outbound via Central (Kids' Castle) Park, and return via Del Val University. Park of this route will be on paved trails. Total elevation is 1204 ft (49 ft/mile average). One moderate hill in the middle of the route, before the break. No severe climbs.

Start with typical ride toward Devon, riding through West Fairmount Park, Wynnwood, Kerakung, Havertown, Haverford, and Bryn Mawr, but then continuing on Ithan Avenue through Villanova, and getting to Bala Starbucks via Williamson Road and climb up McClenaghan Mill Road. At mile 26 or so, 35 minute coffee stop at Starbucks (it's all about the coffee), then down and up the Bala Cynwyd Heritage Trail and finishing with optional East Fairmount Park Loops. This 24.5 short ride is a pretty meander through eastern Montgomery County, from Fort Washington to Gwynedd. Outbound via Talamore and a little stretch on the Horsham Power Line Trail, and return via Gwynedd Mercy University and Ambler. Quick coffee/snack/restroom stop at Wawa is at Mile 14. Total climbing 1243 ft (average 50 ft/mi), with most of the elevation before the Wawa stop. GOOD NEWS: today is the first day of Daylight Savings - Sunset is at 7:02pm!

Somewhat convoluted ride through East Fairmount Park, East Falls, Wyncote, and Flourtown to Starbucks in Flourtown (at mile 17 or so) or Wake in Ambler (at mile 21 or so) for 35-minute coffee stop (it’s all about the coffee), then return via Lower Gwynedd and Manayunk Bridge. Approx. 2,400 feet of climbing. Will regroup as necessary, but riders are expected to achieve posted speed (i.e., slower going up and faster going down, but an avg. of 13.5 mph over the course of the ride). :)
G.R.I.T. Ride - Washington Crossing to Princeton

Coffee stop at D'Angelo Italian Market before returning back on Raritan Canal Towpath through Mercer Meadows on the LHT. Route is 60% unpaved. Bring your 29er, CX, Gravel or equip your road bike with wider tires as we mashup rides across various asphalt, gravel and sometimes dirt terrains. Expect a good challenge as we grind gravel trails and hit a few climbs with great company for no other purpose than to have fun and put in a few unpaved miles.

This route has been slightly revised by Dmitri Levin, in order to avoid a couple of busy roads, and to replace them with quiet ones. Cycle through New Hope and Lambertville, on our way to Ringoes. [Hooray - the pedestrian path on the New Hope-Lambertville Bridge remains open for cyclists and walkers!] Quick rest break if needed in Lambertville ~Mile 15, or at Ringoes Country Deli at Mile 22. Lunch at Covered Bridge Cafe & Market in Sergeantsville at Mile 29. Return from Sergeantsville toward the river via the winding and picturesque Lower Creek Rd. Recross the river to PA at Bulls Island. Quick rest break available if needed at Bulls Island, or the Lumberville Store on the PA side, at Mile 36. Pass peaceful creeks and green landscapes. START/FINISH at Doylestown Central Park: Main parking lot between the bathrooms and the Kids' Castle. This ride has both paved and unpaved sections ( aka Forbidden Drive) so bring approriate tires! We will head to Penn treaty park via Spring Garden and then weave our way north to Pennypack park. We will ride through the park, through Bryn Athyn where we will find a spot for lunch-- we can either stay on the trail and eat at All Aboard Cafe ( brazilian inspired lunch truck on the trail) or go to Be Well Cafe and Bakery ( https://bewellbakery.com/) We will head back to the city via Willow Grove and White Marsh, dropping into the Wissahickon and Forbidden Drive back to the Art Museum via one of the river drives. This is going to be an all day adventure, so plan accordingly!
