I have submitted 5 of these vehicles to 311 and with the assistance of Councilmember Gauthier's team, they were removed within 24 hours as they pose an Imminent Health and Safety Hazard by forcing cyclists into the travel lanes to ride the narrow gap between the trolley tracks and the cars blocking the bike lane. These vehicles are to be towed immediately (as stipulated in Philadelphia Police Department Directive 12.6).
