Level Tandem: 13mph, 35 miles. Meet at Exton Park, 800 Swedesford Rd, Exton, PA 19341. The tandem ride leaves at 10:00 am. Weekly tandem ride with singles welcome. Start at Exton Park on the Chester Valley Trail. We will take the CVT (east) to the SRT in Norristown. Follow the SRT (west) to VFNP, then loop back to the CVT and return to Exton Park. The total climb is 1204 feet. Lunch stop along the way or after the ride. Bring snacks, water, and money for rest stops and lunch. Ride will leave promptly at the posted ride time. Level D: 10.5-11.5mph, 26 miles. Meet at Cosmic Cafe, Lloyd Hall, # 1 Boathouse Row, Kelly Dr, East Fairmount Park . The ride leaves at 10:00 am. It should be a nice day to sit outside the Holmsburg bakery that we discovered a couple weeks ago and share a big pastry (I mean each one is big enough for three hungry riders to share). We will ride up the Delaware River trails and return to Center City mostly on Torrsdale Ave. If it rains at KYW an hour before the start of the ride, we will cancel and return to the Bakery another day. Level C through D: 10-12mph, 78 miles. Meet at Cosmic Cafe, Lloyd Hall, # 1 Boathouse Row, Kelly Dr, East Fairmount Park . The ride leaves at 8:00 am. RIDE POSTPONED TO A LATER DATE! Let's celebrate! I dug up the routes created by Tim Carey we've done in the past to Salem, NJ. We will go over the Ben Franklin and our first stop will be in Swedesboro at mile 24 then go on to the Diner in Salem for lunch at mile 40. We will also have a stop on the way back. Please bring $$ for lunch, spare tubes and head lights just in case we run into any problems but we should be home before dark. I will provide cue sheets if anyone wants to turn around at Swedesboro. Cue sheets will be available. Preregistration is required, please preregister by Friday, March 21, 2025 at 7:00 am.

Level B-: 14mph, 45-50, +/- miles. Start location to be determined. The ride leaves at 9:30 am. Enjoy scenic adventures by bike on most Fridays, throughout the year. Explore pretty, peaceful roads in suburban counties -- Montgomery, Bucks, Chester, etc. Starting points will vary, so that we can cycle through different regions. Please check daily calendar for details of each Friday's route -- terrain, mileage, rest stops, etc. Cue sheets and on-line route map provided for each ride. If weather conditions are not conducive to cycling, this ride may be replaced by a hike/walk, or snow activity. As long as we are enjoying outdoor exercise, and Mother Nature, in the company of friends, we'll have a memorable outing. Cue sheets will be available.

A true C ride on hills in Gladwyne, which cheerfully waits to regroup at the top of each of the hills climbed. Another week with a better forecast Friday than Thursday. We will regroup as needed, but riders are expected to ride group pace. Bring food or money for snack along the way, as well as a spare tube, tire irons and multi-tool. Typically Andrew &/or Nick leads and Simon sweeps and, if needed, leads a slower pace ride. Check daily listing for route information. During the summer season there is an optional after-ride drink at the Waterworks beer garden. Ride may be cancelled up to 1 hour prior to departure time. Pre-registration preferred. Return to Berwyn on the Chester Valley Trail. 2313 ft of climb per ride with GPS. Coffee/snack break at mile 16 and 29. No drops. Pre-registration required. Route will mostly be flat as some of us need to shake off those winter cobwebs. Tue March 25, 2025 - Tuesday Ride to Lower Merion- ARDMORE
Level C- through D: 10.5mph, 20-30 miles. Meet at Cosmic Cafe, Lloyd Hall, # 1 Boathouse Row, Kelly Dr, East Fairmount Park . The ride leaves at 10:00 am. This is a generic description of the ride which will go to one of three destinations every Tuesday:GET Cafe in Narberth; Farmers’ Market in Ardmore or Spread Bagelry in Wynnewood. Some climbing of 800 to 1000 feet. First part of ride will generally mean a climb into Fairmount Park, across the Strawberry Mansion Bridge up to Chamounix. And then proceed up Bryn Mawr Avenue. and on to our final destination of Narberth, Ardmore or Wynnewood. On an ad hoc basis we may include new destinations and advance notice will be provided along with details. Always a fun group of friendly people so come on out! Cue sheets will not be available.

Scenic route on quiet roads in western Chester County. Chester County does have hills - total climb on this route is 2200 ft. The scenery is worth the climb! No drops!
