Occasionally, ad-hoc rides are announced. These rides are sent by email to all members of the BCP email list. To join this list, click here. Mon March 31, 2025 - RIDE CLOSED Valley Forge to Conshy for Coffee .
Level D: 10mph, 21/25 miles. Meet at Valley Forge National Park visitor center lower parking lot. The ride leaves at 10:00 am. We ride the SRT and Cross County Trail to Conshy or Plymouth Meeting (or other locations) for coffee with fellow cyclists. Ride is open to meet riders from Philly or elsewhere. If you are planning a ride and want to meet up for coffee along the way, text leader morning of ride. Note: If you are new to group riding, this is a great ride for you. A mentor will ride with you to acquaint you with riding in a group. Cue sheets will not be available.

Mon March 31, 2025 - RIDE CLOSED Let's go to Haddon Heights, NJ .
Level C: 12mph, 30 miles. Meet at Foot of Ben Franklin Bridge. The ride leaves at 10:00 am. We are meeting at the Ben Franklin Bridge at 10am-- last minute plan change A bit unorthodox but how about a Monday ride to NJ? Let's meet at Cosmic and make our way to the Ben and hop on over to Haddon Heights and Trouble Brewing for a coffee stop and then back past the hospital and my favorite art piece--- the Black Panther-- and then over the Ben. Once we are back on the PA side, we can decide if we need to ride back to Cosmic as a group or if folks are comfortable making there way back to the Art Museum on their own. Cue sheets will not be available.

Tue April 1, 2025 - Italian Fountain Century.
Level C: 12mph, D: 10mph, 100 miles. Meet at Italian Fountain behind the Art Museum. The ride leaves at 5:00 am. Don't miss the 25th running of the 23rd annual Italian Fountain Century. Odd numbered year means counter clockwise. Cash prize for slowest ride (must finish before midnight on 4/1 to qualify). Dizziness treatment by your own provider at your own expense. Cue sheet: turn left. Cue sheets will be available.

Tue April 1, 2025 - Ride Yer Bike Tuesday.
Level A-/B+: 16-17mph, B-: 14-15mph, C+: 13-14mph, C: 12-13mph, 44 miles. Meet at Mondauk Park. The ride leaves at 9:30 am. Bring yer bike & sense of adventure. Expect good company on safe/low trafficked roads. Lunch stops may be sit down, takeout, or in a park. Will regroup as needed, but must be able to ride the posted pace. Must be willing to ride safely & obey traffic laws. Please preregister so we can know how many to expect. Bathrooms available at all start locations. Check day of the ride if weather is iffy (rain cancels, but likely to reschedule for Wed.). Will make a call at least an hour prior to start time. NOTE: Ride starts at 9:30 in May & Sept., 9:00 June-Aug., and 10:00 in Oct. NOTE: 1st and 3rd Tues. start from UDHS, 2nd Tues. from Centre Sq. Pk., Blue Bell, 4th Tues. from Central Pk., Doylestown, 5th Tues Ad-Hoc location & Memorial/Labor Day weeks we'll ride on Wed. Cue sheets will not be available. The on-line route map is Mondauk to Bagel Barrel. It is optional, but you may preregister until Tuesday, April 1, 2025 at 9:00 am.

Tue April 1, 2025 - Tuesday Ride to Lower Merion.
Level C- through D: 10.5mph, 20-30 miles. Meet at Cosmic Cafe, Lloyd Hall, # 1 Boathouse Row, Kelly Dr, East Fairmount Park . The ride leaves at 10:00 am. This is a generic description of the ride which will go to one of three destinations every Tuesday:GET Cafe in Narberth; Farmers’ Market in Ardmore or Spread Bagelry in Wynnewood. Some climbing of 800 to 1000 feet. First part of ride will generally mean a climb into Fairmount Park, across the Strawberry Mansion Bridge up to Chamounix. And then proceed up Bryn Mawr Avenue. and on to our final destination of Narberth, Ardmore or Wynnewood. On an ad hoc basis we may include new destinations and advance notice will be provided along with details. Always a fun group of friendly people so come on out! Cue sheets will not be available. Preregistration is required, please preregister by Tuesday, April 1, 2025 at 9:00 am.
